Your Rights

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct all interactions with staff, other patients, and visitors in a respectful and polite manner.
  • Be honest and forthcoming about symptoms and your medical history.
  • Provide details about past illnesses, medications, and hospitalizations.
  • Cooperate with agreed-upon treatment plans.
  • Understand that the Health Unit operates with standard procedures to safeguard patient safety.
