As a individual served, volunteer, or employee of Family Promise of Puget Sound, it is your responsibility to:
* Provide Accurate Information: When you begin your relationship with FPOPS (as a new Individual, volunteer, or employee), you must provide us with accurate and complete contact details, including a valid email address, postal address, and current telephone number(s).
* Promptly Notify of Changes: You must promptly notify Family Promise of Puget Sound of any changes to your contact information as soon as they occur.
3. How to Update Your Contact Information
To update your contact information, please follow these guidelines:
* Individuals: Please contact your assigned Case Manager to provide updates to your email address, postal address, and telephone number(s).
* Volunteers: Please contact your Volunteer Coordinator or the main Family Promise office to provide updates to your email address, postal address, and telephone number(s).
* Employees: Please notify your direct Supervisor or the main Family Promise office to update your email address, postal address, and telephone number(s).
You may typically provide these updates via email, text message, or phone call, as appropriate for your role.
4. Importance of Current Information
Maintaining accurate contact information is vital for FPOPS to:
* For Individuals: Communicate important updates about your case and program services, schedule appointments and follow-ups, and provide timely assistance and resources essential to your journey towards stability.
* For Volunteers: Inform you about volunteer opportunities, schedule shifts, share important program updates, and coordinate your valuable contributions.
* For Employees: Deliver important work-related communications, administer payroll and benefits, coordinate schedules, and ensure your safety and well-being.
* For All: Ensure your safety and well-being in emergency situations, comply with organizational and legal requirements, and effectively manage our operations.
