A family in crisis sends an initial text message. The Ash Nazg platform instantly captures key information to begin the process of providing support.
2. Resources Sent
Essential resources, like emergency shelter and food, are immediately sent to the family via text. This provides a lifeline while more detailed case management begins.
3. Digital Signature for Release of Information
A secure SMS link is sent for the family to digitally sign a Release of Information form, allowing Family Promise to coordinate with partners and access crucial resources on their behalf.
4. Background Check Processed
The platform automatically processes a secure background check via an SMS link, ensuring safety and compliance for all family members involved.
5. Placement Information Shared
