Every purchase you make directly supports our mission of preventing and ending family homelessness. To maximize the funds that go directly to our programs, we maintain a strict return policy similar to other non-profit thrift organizations in Washington state.
Overview
Due to the nature of secondhand and donated goods, All Sales Are Final. Items are sold “As Is” without any implied or express warranty.
Please inspect your items carefully before purchasing. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an item might not fit or work as expected. We offer a limited 7-Day Exchange Policy for the following specific items only:
- Clothing & Apparel: May be exchanged if they do not fit.
- Electronics: May be exchanged if they are found to be defective.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must present the original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as sold, with all store tags still attached.
Exchanges will be issued as Store Credit only. We are unable to provide cash refunds.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Furniture
- Books, CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl Records
- Housewares and Decor
- Jewelry
- Bedding and Linens
- Clearance or “Red Tag” items
